A nice day

There is a little Baptist church just outside our neighborhood that had a family fun day today. It was really nice. We got to go after our soccer games and have lunch, play some games, make some crafts and just enjoy a sunny day that was not miserably hot. What a super out reach for this church. There was a band and some puppets along with lots of snacks and activities. I'm wondering how much longer our kids will think this is a cool thing but as long as they do, we'll go. We enjoy seeing them try new things and learn to like free stuff! If your church or a church in your neighborhood has a day like this, you should participate. It'll be fun!
